A) Athletes will complete 4x8 DB Shoulder press
w/ :30 hold OVERHEAD after last rep
and 2:00 rest in-between sets.

B) Athletes will complete 4x40m HEAVY Farmer's Carry
w/ 2:00 rest in-between sets
