WHAT MOTIVATED YOU TO TRAIN AT KINGFIELD ENDURANCE?
The people--I will follow Lea anywhere she goes. :) I also realized that I was just going through the motions at the gym by myself. I wanted more of a challenge and I wanted a community around it.
WHAT KEEPS YOU COMING BACK TO KINGFIELD?
The community. The nicest people work out there, and the trainers are all incredible. Even when the workouts are hard I have fun and I always leave feeling like I just had a good time with friends.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE WORKOUT OR MOVEMENT?
I like box jumps now that I can actually do them! I also have kind of a love-hate relationship with squats.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE FOOD?
I love food so much--it's hard to say what my favorite is... I love a really good lasagna!
WHAT IS YOUR POWER SONG?
I un-ironically love "Stronger" by Britney Spears. :)
