WHY DO YOU RACE? WHAT STARTED YOUR LOVE FOR ENDURANCE SPORTS?

Here's the kicker, I have never been in a race before. My goal is learning my own pace. And what I love about endurance training is that it has given me a way to learn new things and new limits.

WHAT MOTIVATED YOU TO TRAIN AT KINGFIELD ENDURANCE? 

You truly have to recognize the people and trainers that make it easy to be motivated. I love the sense of community and friendships. Also I LOVE our trainers and how helpful and motivating they are. The fact that my trainer takes the time to text or email me, check in on me, and ask how life is shows there is community.

WHAT KEEPS YOU COMING BACK TO KINGFIELD ENDURANCE?

Well I can't say it is the wallballs, but for sure it is the encouragement and fun we have together.

HOW HAS THE CROSSFIT TRAINING IMPACTED YOUR ENDURANCE?

It has been a good chunk of months now, and I love that I can tell the difference. I feel stronger and honestly more confident in what I am capable of doing. The fact that I started from not knowing anything to being able to understand different lifts - Mind Blown :)

DO YOU HAVE A MOTTO?  

So I have a partner, Alex, that does crossfit. My goal: "BEAT ALEX" I like bragging rights and telling him what I accomplished.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE MOVEMENT OR WORKOUT?

I love our lifting technique time. I am so curious on how one positioning of the bar can make such a big difference. I feel like I could do back squats for hours!

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE FOOD? I LOVE tacos. Give me a fish taco with simple fixing = heaven.
