EMOM-Every Minute On the Minute

 

Strength/Skill-Back Squats moderate 10, then 3x10 at same weight   

 

Wod-EMOM-16 minutes

1st minute- 100 Jump rope

2nd minute- 25 Walking lunges w/ weight plate (45/25)

3rd minute- 15 HR push ups

4th minute- 16 American KB swing (16/12)
