Tabata: Hollow hold and Superman

 

Strength/Skill- Russian Split Squats, 5 x 5 per leg

 

WOD- 3 rounds for time (20 minute time cap)

Partner #1: Rows 250 m, while Partner #2: Holds a 25 lbs plate overhead (If the weighted plate comes down, the rower has to stop and wait to begin again)

Then partners switch places.

Partner #1: does 20 wall balls, while Partner #2: holds plank position (If partner falls out of plank then partner doing wall balls stops and waits to begin again)

Then partners switch places.
