Strength/Skill- Sumo Deadlift High Pull, find a heavy 5, then 4 x 5 at 85%

 

WOD- Partner Workout

2 Rounds Each

Partner 1: 250m Row

Partner 2: Hold weight plate in overhead position (45/25)

*If partner 2, drops weight, then partner 1 stops rowing!

Partner 1: 20 Box Jumps

Partner 2: Hollow Hold

*If partner 2, comes out of hollow hold, then partner 1 stops Jumping!
