Set 1: Abs *12 minute time cap

10 Sets at a moderate pace

10 Ab Mat sit ups

10 V-ups

 

Set 2: Chest and Tri’s *12 minute AMRAP or 4 Sets

10 DB Bench Press (moderate weight)

10 DB Tricep Kickbacks (10 each arm, light weight)

10 Push ups

10 DB Chest Flys

 

Set 3: BI’s *12 minutes AMRAP or 4 Sets

15 Double DB Hammer Curls

15 Seated DB Curls (Alternating, 15 each arm)

15 Double Bent over DB Rows
